Palate

The cool nights are responsible for the lively acidity structure and spiciness. This dry Moscato giallo has somewhat less Moscato flavor than our sweeter variety.

Growing Conditions

350-450 m a.s.l., east, sandy - and gravelly soil, rich in dolomite.

Harvest

The grapes are harvested by hand.

Winemaking

Cold maceration in the press, temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel followed by ageing on the fine lees.
