Palate

On the palate, Pinosé shows itself lively and elegant. Its fine tannin structure gives this rosé a surprisingly long-lasting and juicy finish.

Growing Conditions

400-650 m a.s.l., south - west, red-brown sandy and loamy soil with dolomite, clay minerals and oxides.

Harvest

The grapes are harvested by hand.

Winemaking

Saignée method (must obtained without pressing) followed by temperature controlled fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tanks.
