Nose
In the nose, our Bronner is multilayered. The bouquet is reminiscent of meadow flowers, fresh stone and citrus fruits.
Palate
The energetic acidity and fresh minerality lend the wine a special dynamic which extends its meaty body for a long finish.
Growing Conditions
250-400 m a.s.l., south - east, sandy - and gravelly soil, rich in dolomite.
Harvest
The grapes are harvested by hand.
Winemaking
Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel followed by ageing in large oak barrels. Biological, certified by ABCERT IT BIO 013.
