This lusciously sweet “passito” is rich and golden in colour with a concentrated aroma reminiscent of lychees and other tropical fruits and spices (ginger, cinnamon and cloves); opulent on the palate, ambrosial with mouth-cleansing acidity to balance the opulent sweetness and a monumental finish.

Marie - our daughter - is the namesake for this wine.Many of her characteristics fit perfectly to this Gewürztraminer Spätlese. She has a tremendously positive charisma, her eyes shine lively like life. Playful yet elegant with a golden lightness. The grapes for her wine grow on vines in St. Nikolaus. There we harvest the dried berries with partial noble rot, press the mash and then ferment it in steel tanks. A late harvest with a light amber color, it smells of candied citrus, some lychee and a hint of bacon. In the mouth sweet fruit, with floral aromas, dried fruit, fine acidity and a hint of pepper. Complex, harmonious and powerful.

Our Passito process of drying the grapes in the open air of the vineyard ensures a late harvest with the grapes remaining on the vine until the end of the year. Since 1989, the elegant Passito Comtess has been cherished for its intense fruit,its honey notes, and its soft and creamy body. The palate is awakened by a note of freshness given by a pronounced acidity.

Gold Muscat is a distinctive aromatic white wine. Straw to golden yellow color. Slightly sweet taste and pleasant acidity. It is particularly suitable as a dessert wine, but also goes well with soft cheeses.

Its intense golden color and awe-inspiring flavors make this velvety Gewürztraminer Passito an exceptional and rare gam.

Paul - named after our son - is our Lagrein Passito. Just like its namesake Paul, it is powerful and energetic - lively and also a little impetuous. The grapes are dried in the barn after the harvest and after fermentation the wine matures for 18 months in wooden barrels. A fruity and powerful dessert wine

This late harvest is made of Gewürztraminer grapes that continue to ripen on the vines until mid/end of December before being harvested. The quantity produced of this dessert wine is very small and available in 0,375 l bottles.

Moscato Giallo, or Goldmuskateller, has a typical nutmeg aroma, in this case paired with a light note of honeydew melon. A hint of residual sugar makes the wine deliciously smooth.



A reminder of Enrico Prince of Campofranco, the husband of Maria Raineria. As a pioneer in Alto Adige, he planted the Sicilian Moscato Rosa vine in Caldaro´s historic vineyard.


Production area All of the grapes for the production of this wine come from a single vineyard at Montiggl near Lake Monticolo. The specific characteristics of the vineyard contribute to the development of noble rot, which makes it possible to grow a truly great sweet wine. Winemaking The grape are harvested in end of November. The grapes are picked by hand and placed in small containers to prevent excess pressure on the grapes. After a short period of maceration, gentle whole cluster pressing and clarification of the must by natural sedimentation. Fermentation in small oak barrels for 6 months. Aging for 15 months in small oak barrels. Tasting notes & food matching The aroma of dried fruits, ripe apricots and quince are behind the symphony of scent nuances that is completed with a fresh touch of citrus fruit. To the palate, this wine is soft, full and has an accentuated sweetness that persists in the after-taste. The late harvested Pasithea Oro is a dessert wine to accompany cakes, but it also goes well with herby, matured and spicy cheeses. A totally unique pleasure.

Production area Moscato Rosa is grown on the hillside vineyards of Girlan at an altitude ranging from 400 to 500 m above sea level in well aired vineyards. The soil is rich in minerals, the result of ice age sedimentation. Winemaking The grape have been harvested at the end of the year 2017. The grapes are harvested in small crates, in which they are left to dry and their natural concentration of sugars increases. Mid-January after 2 weeks of maceration on skins the grapes are pressed. The final fermentation that follows is very slow; the high sugar content means it ends spontaneously. Aging for 8 months in small oak barrels. Tasting notes & food matching The bouquet is a mix of roses, ripe woodland strawberries, red currants and a spicy note of cinnamon. The flavour is soft, with light tannins, a sweet fullness in the mouth and a persistent after-note. A good match when served with fruit desserts and cakes.

Only ten hectares of Moscato rosa exist in Alto Adige. The grapevine is highly demanding. Much manual labor is necessary in the vineyard. Its blossom is female and is not self-pollinating. This often leads to poor fruit set and extremely low yield. The tiny, partially seedless berries contain breathtaking concentrations of aromas reminiscent of dried rose petals, candied strawberries and oriental spices. During its long, courageous period of skin contact, USHAS develops a spicy outline of tannins which melds harmoniously with the aromas of rose hips, cinnamon and orange peel. Extra-sweet finish with invigorating acidity.

The dessert wine blend ARUNA is a unique and unmistakable meditation wine. Gewürztraminer is seen as one of the most difficult varieties in the vineyard – Moscato giallo develops its delicate aroma only at extraordinary good locations.These two demanding wines have been united at the highest of levels in our "Passito" ARUNA. Its overwhelming interplay of aromas spotlights mountain apricots, Bartlett pears, lavender honey and ripe exotic fruits. Gewürztraminer brings in extract sweetness and structure. Moscato giallo lends the wine dynamic freshness. Its juicy fruity finish is accompanied by a stimulating, vibrating interplay of acidity and sugar and ensures gloriously balanced, drinkable pleasure.

Moscato Rosa is a very rare variety that originates from Sicily and has been cultivated in South Tyrol since the middle of the 19th century. The Moscato Rosa Rosis is a very floral and elegant wine, mellow and full-flavored with a nose of fresh berries.

Only in late autumn, when winter’s chill begins to be felt, are the Petit Manseng grapes ready to be made into a unique, delightfully sweet wine. Aurie is for open minds and special occasions – delicate, eclectic, unconventional, golden. A surprise such as this will not easily be forgotten.


Terminum Gewürztraminer is a precious composition of fragrances, harvested in the very first days of winter in one of those rare places where nature allows precious noble rot to develop, giving this wine its distinctive character.

The Gewürztraminer grape being one of South Tyrol’s indigenous grape varieties is internationally well renown and subsequently represents an essential pillar of our local wine culture. By adopting a new approach for this late harvest TARDUS Gewürztraminer, we follow the footsteps of the highly appreciated Alsace Gewürztraminer while complementing their venerable tradition of half dry Gewürztraminer with our very own distinguished character. With for the variety a relatively low alcohol and higher residual sugar this Gewürztraminer is characterized by the variety typical opulent floral and fruity aromas, however refined by the pleasant and unexpected lightness and freshness in the mouth.

Named after the ancient Roman wine festivals, the Passito Vinalia is a dessert wine that is ideal with apple strudel.
