Nose

Palate

Pleasantly salty and minerally, fresh on the palate and, has finely integrated acidity and a juicy persistence.

Harvest

The grapes are harvested by hand.

Winemaking

After eight hours of maceration, 70% is fermented in large wooden barrels and matured on the lees for ten months. 30% ferments in concrete vats and matures ten months on the fine lees. Finally, the wine is allowed to mature additional six months in the bottle.
