Growing Conditions

Two plots of land totalling 6,000 m², situated 520 metres above sea level in the area of Caldaro/Kaltern.


The grapes are completely stemmed and cooled in a natural ice house before a 5-hour mash maceration and pressing. This is followed by three weeks of controlled fermentation.


This Sauvignon Blanc does seven months of ageing on the fine yeasts in 15 and 20 hl oak barrels.
