Winemaking

Cold maceration in the press. Temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation in small stainless steel tanks. Partial malolactic conversion and ageing on the fine lees for 5 months.

Appearance

This Chardonnay has a vivid straw yellow colour with green reflexes
