The body is full and round with an elegant, creamy finish.

- Hillside vineyards in Cortaccia
- Exposure: S / SE
- Soil: chalk gravel moraine soil

Harvest

The grapes are harvested by hand.

Winemaking

75% is fermented in large wooden barrels and matures for ten months on the first lees. The remaining 25% is fermented in small oak barrels (450 l) and remains on the lees for ten months. After bottling, the wine ages additional 6 month in the bottle.
