Nose
Varietal, floral and intensely fruity aroma of fresh muscat grapes.
Palate
The wine is elegant, finely structured body, is decidedly tangy and has a fresh taste with a beautiful acidity.
Growing Conditions
- Elevation of the vineyards: 220 - 400 m a.s.l.
- Hillside vineyards in Niclara
- Soil: chalk gravel moraine soil
Harvest
The grapes are harvested by hand.
Winemaking
After an eight-hour maceration period, the grapes are pressed and fermented at 18°C. The wine then matures for a further ten months in stainless steel on the fine lees.

- 10 months in stainless steel on the fine lees
Appearance
Brilliant light yellow
