- Hillside vineyards in Kurtatsch/Cortaccia
- South/south eastern exposure
- Soil: chalk gravel moraine


Harvest

The grapes are harvested by hand.

Winemaking

Fermentation on the skins in concrete vats is followed by malolactic fermentation and a four-month aging.


Aging

- 100% in concrete vats
- For 4 months in the bottle.

Appearance

Light ruby-red.
