- soil: chalk gravel moraine

Harvest

The grapes are harvested by hand.

Winemaking

Fermentation on the skins in concrete vats is followed by malolactic fermentation and a four-month aging.

Aging

- 4 monts concrete vats
- maturation in bottle

Appearance

Light ruby-red color.
