Winemaking

Fermentation on the skins in concrete vats is followed by malolactic fermentation at 50% in large oak casks and at 50% in concrete vats. This is followed by malolactic fermentation at 50% in large oak casks and at 50% in concrete vats. This is followed by four months of maturation in the bottle.
