Growing Conditions

- Elevation of vineyards: 750 to 900 m.a.s.l.
- Hillside vineyard in Graun/Corona
- South/south-eastern exposure
- Soil: laomy moriaine sediments


Harvest

All grapes are harvested by hand.

Winemaking

Temperature-controlled fermentation at 68 °F (20 °C) for 10 days in concrete vats is followed by a four-month aging of the assemblage on the fine lees prior to bottling.

- 10 days fermentation
- 4 months concrete vats

Appearance

From pale green to pale yellow.
