Slightly tangy, well structured as well as full bodied with a long-lasting finish.

Growing Conditions

- Elevation of vineyards: 210 to 400 m.a.s.l.
- Hillside vineyards in Kurtatsch/Cortaccia - chalk gravel moraine soil
- valley floor locations near Margreid - sandy alluvial soil

Harvest

The grapes are harvested by hand.

Winemaking

Temperature-controlled fermentation at 68 °F (20 °C) for 10 days in concrete vats is followed by a four-month aging of the assemblage on the fine lees prior to bottling.

Appearance

Pale yellow with its resplendent green reflexes.
