- Elevation of vineyards: 210 - 650 m a.s.l.
- Hillside vineyards in Cortaccia, valley floor locations near Magrè
- Soil: chalk gravel moraine soil in Cortaccia, sandy alluvial soil in Magrè

Harvest

The grapes are havested by hand.

Winemaking

Temperature-controlled fermentation at 64.5 °F (18 °C) for 10 days in concrete vats is followed by a four-month aging of the assemblage on the fine lees prior to bottling.

- 4 months in concrete vats on the fine lees

Luminous pale yellow with shimmering green reflections
