Winemaking

The grape, which originates from Burgundy, has found its ideal terroir in South Tyrol, and has become one of the most widely planted grape varieties. It is appreciated for its freshness and pleasant lingering aftertaste.

Fermentation and partially malolactic fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
