Winemaking

Delicate whole cluster pressing with natural sedimentation. First fermentation in steel tanks and tonneaux, maturation on fine lees for 8 months. Tirage: 06.06.2016, dégorgement: after 36 months of bottle storage, ageing for 5 months.
