Palate
ery elegant and racy wine with a fine, long finish.
Winemaking
Cold maceration for 12 hours, followed by the temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks and wooden casks. The wine ages for about 5 months on the fine lees.
Appearance
The colour is greenish yellow.
