elvety and round on the palate with noticeable tannins. Well-bodied with a long finish.
Winemaking
The temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation and mash agitation occur for about 10-14 days, followed by the malolactic conversion. The ageing of the wine takes place in used barriques and small oak barrels.
