Nose

The wine has a fine and fruity aroma reminiscent of citrus fruits and apple.

Palate

The taste is dry, fresh and lively, fruity with a well- balanced acidity.

Growing Conditions

Our Pinot Blanc is grown in the higher vineyards around Bolzano, on sunny slopes with south-eastern to south-western exposure and an in part sandy, in part argillaceous porphyry terroir.

Winemaking

After the alcoholic fermentation at 20°C, the wine maturates in stainless steel tanks to preserve the complete fruity notes.

Aging

The Pinot Blanc of our classical line is made for easy drinking. It should not age to long - best to drink in his frist two years.

Appearance

The wine has a greenish to pale yellow colour.

Food Pairing

The Pinot Blanc is good as an aperitif, with warm and cold starters, cooked fish and not too spicy white meat.
