POSITION Appiano Monte - a soft slope directed south, 500 m sea level
SOIL limestone gravel with clay

Harvest

Two harvest passes with manual selection of the ripest grapes, between the end
of September until the beginning of October,

Bottling

Filtration and filling took place in August 2020.

Winemaking

Separate controlled fermentation
in stainless steel tanks, 8 months storage on the fine lees - partly in 500 l tonneaux, then the assemblage.

Food Pairing

Interesting all-rounder, delightful as an aperitif or on its own, lovely as an
accompaniment to light fish dishes, vegetable dishes and asparagus.
