Growing Conditions
Moriz Pinot Bianco is sourced from vineyards between 400 and 600 meters above
sea level on calciferous gravel with loam. The climate is characterised by an extreme interplay
between sunny days influenced by the Mediterranean climate and cool nights marked by the
cold downslope winds. The name of this wine comes from Saint Maurice, the patron saint of
Sella, a small village above Tramin.

The grapes for this wine are harvested in small bins and then gently pressed off

casks of 30 - 40 hl.
