On loamy, calciferous dolomite soils it develops into a harmonious wine with silky tannins.
Growing Conditions
300-450 m a.s.l., south - east, sandy and loamy soil with dolomite, clay minerals and oxides.
Harvest
The grapes are harvested by hand.
Winemaking
Temperature controlled must fermentation in stainless steel followed by malolactic fermentation and ageing in large oak barrels.
