Enriched by delicate roast aromas. The bold acidity and slender minerality enliven the dense structure of the wine.

Growing Conditions

Mazon (community of Neumarkt), 350-450 m a.sl., south - west, slope; Reduced sun exposure; Red - brown sand and loam with clay minerals and oxides.

Harvest

The grapes are harvested by hand.

Winemaking

Cold maceration for 5 days, spontaneous fermentation in vats of French oak, ageing in French barriques for 12 months and in large wooden barrels for further 12 months, min. 1 year bottle ageing.
