A relatively spicy Vernatsch!
Our Vinschgauer Vernatsch grows on the steepest vineyards the Vinschgau can offer: reachable only by foot the grapes are brought in with a ropeway! The steep terraces are sunny, dry and well ventilated.
After a short and open fermentation follows a storage in old wooden barrels.
Pair it with smoked bacon, smoked sausitches and strong alp-cheese.
