Our Passito process of drying the grapes in the open air of the vineyard ensures a late harvest with the grapes remaining on the vine until the end of the year. Since 1989, the elegant Passito Comtess has been cherished for its intense fruit,its honey notes, and its soft and creamy body. The palate is awakened by a note of freshness given by a pronounced acidity.

Pinot blanc has formed part of the premium Sanct Valentin line since 2001. Minimum yield from carefully selected vineyards speak to the fact that a lively, powerful top wine is pressed from the long underrated grape. Aged in wood, it is captivating as a result of its power and richness on the one hand, and because of its clarity and mineral finesse on the other. Its longevity is a compliment to its extraordinary quality.

Sanct Valentin Pinot Grigio was born back in 1986. The first grape selections were carried out in selected vineyards in Eppan/Berg, and a Pinot gris was vinified in small wooden barrels for the first time. With smoothly integrated acidity, power and fullness, the expressive Sanct Valentin Pinot Grigio has been well received for decades. It is one of Italy’s most-awarded Pinot gris wines and promises an excellent drinking experience even after several years of storage.

This wine is the favorite of the Italians and the indigenous white grape variety in South Tyrol. The beguiling Gewürztraminer ranks among the most exciting growths in the wine world. Sanct Valentin Gewurztraminer has an intense and complex bouquet, with aromas reminiscent of Asian spices, the delicate scent of roses and exotic fruits. As early as 1986, Gewurztraminer was vinified for the first time as the top growth of the Sanct Valentin line. It is set apart for its longevity, which promises a wonderful drinking experience even after many years.
