CastelfederCASTELFEDER SELECTION Pinot Nero "Buchholz"Name: Buchholz is the name of a steep single site at an altitude of 440 to 500 meters above the small town of Salorno in the southernmost part of South Tyrol. Due to an optimum sun exposure, the grapes on the 25 to 60-year-old vines can ripen slowly and bring out this delicate Pinot Nero.
