Palate

A wide range of yellow and exotic fruits including fresh peaches and gooseberries. The wine has a beautiful acidity and elegance and although a creamy, full-bodied finish with impressive length.

Aging

After a short contact with the peel, a gentle pressing takes place. The fermentation takes place to 100% in large wooden barrels. The wine matures for 6 months on fine yeast before being bottled.

Food Pairing

A great all-rounder served at 8-10°C.
