Gentle and delicate in fragrance, reminiscent of ripe banana, pineapple and caramel. All components on the palate are in harmony. Very strong, round wine with an elegant finish.

Mash life for 6 hours, fermentation in small wooden barrels (225-300 lt lt) and subsequent acid degradation. 10 months of contact on the fine yeast. Filling in July 2018 in 1,000 bottles of 750 ml each.
