On the palate the wine is elegant, fruity and juicy at the same time.
Winemaking
Lagrein Rosé generally differs from our Lagrein vom Boden and Lagrein Riserva especially in one point: after the grapes are softly pressed, only the juice is left to ferment (must fermentation). A controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature makes for fruity and fresh notes. As a rose it emphasizes by its very clear rosa-red colour, structure and pleasant acidity.
