Nose

Delicate aromas of peach, marzipan, strawberries, raspberries, and a bouquet of dried herbs.

Palate

Flavors of pink grapefruit, marzipan, strawberries, and rhubarb with remarkable spice and the finest tannins on the palate.

Winemaking

Only the best Pinot Noir grapes are used for this very special rosé. The ripe berries are lightly pressed, and the clear juice is fermented very cool without skins. The grapes undergo very gentle, reductive processing, cooled fermentation in steel, followed by aging in large wooden barrels at a slightly higher temperature, remaining on fine lees until the end.

Appearance

Deep salmon hue.

Food Pairing

Ideal as an aperitif, pairs well with spicy appetizers such as carpaccio, fish tartare, or vegan crunchy vegetable noodles in spiced chickpea pancakes with delicate peanut sauce and fresh herbs.
