Nose surprisingly tending towards the finest Pinot Noir - graphite, tobacco, and ethereal.
Palate
In the mouth clean cherry fruit, blackberry. Clear tannins, fine-grained. Has substance and depth.
Harvest
Careful, repeated harvest, if possible very late.

Our Baslan Vernatsch is an extraordinary representative of its variety, in it the wonderful properties of the variety are concentrated in a way that conjures a joyful glow in the eyes of every real connoisseur and connoisseur. Mash fermentation partly with stalks, refinement for 7 months in wooden casks on the lees.
Appearance
Powerful red, very clear and intense.

Goes well with Vitello Tonnato, pasta dishes also with fish and cheese, slightly chilled with tuna and of course with bacon or with a vegan focaccia with tomatoes, olives and fresh herbs.
