Growing Conditions

The grapes for Helios come from our oldest vines, over 40 years old, forming the foundation of this natural masterpiece.

Bottling

After bottling, the wine matures for over 12 months in the bottle, enhancing its bouquet.

Winemaking

The must had 20 hours of skin contact, followed by gentle pressing and fermentation in oak, then aged on the lees for 24 months in French barrique with regular lees stirring.
