Nose

Intense aroma of yellow and white peach, ripe pineapple, apricots, lychee, and other exotic fruits, with a hint of black tea

Palate

On the palate, it is exceptionally lively, with pure fruit sweetness balanced by a juicy, invigorating acidity. Long-lasting on the finish. An exceptionally complex wine with a wonderful balance between crisp freshness and delicate sweetness.

Growing Conditions

The Trockenbeerenauslese is the essence of our Pinot Blanc. A wine that is hard to describe with words but needs no explanation.

Harvest

The long ripening period on the vine, extending deep into winter, is defining.

Winemaking

Maceration fermentation and gentle pressing, followed by fermentation in barrique with prolonged aging on fine lees in a cool cellar.

Appearance

Bright, sparkling amber color

Food Pairing

Pairs well with desserts such as apricot or apple strudel, milk chocolate mousse, crème brûlée, and flavorful cheese, or with a vegan American apple pie made with cinnamon roll dough, cranberries, and coconut.
