Nose

Intense aroma of strawberry, cherry, and ripe pear.

Palate

Off-dry on the palate, fresh, fruity, with a few grams of unfermented grape sugar. A highly drinkable summer wine, especially as an aperitif.

Winemaking

A saignée method from Merlot, Lagrein, and Vernatsch is used for this special rosé. The still very pale juice is fermented slowly and at low temperatures until winter. A few grams of grape sugar usually remain unfermented.
