Nose
Pronounced aromas of apricot, lemon and pear, with hits of almond.

Lively, fresh and full-bodied, with a stimulating acidity. An expressive wine with a juicy finish. 
Growing Conditions
Caldaro, Pulvernai: 300 above sea-level, single site between Caldaro and the lake, well aerated, deep sandy clay on glacial till. 
Harvest
Manual harvest and selection of the grapes. 
Winemaking
Gentle pressing and pre-clarification by sedimentation. Fermentation under controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks (90%) and a small portion in used French barriques without malolactic fermentation (10%). Followed by ageing on the fine lees. 
Appearance
Bright straw yellow colour. 
Food Pairing
Ideal with flavorsome starters, egg dishes, fried fish and meat, fried desserts and delicate goat´s cheese.
