Growing Conditions
The vineyards are located in the south and east at an altitude of 230 to 450 meters above sea level. The soil is mainly loamy with a small proportion of limestone gravel and sand.
Winemaking
Fermentation on the skins with one-week maceration takes place at a controlled temperature of 24 °C, followed by malolactic fermentation. It is then aged for 4 months on the fine lees in both steel and cement tanks.
