Growing Conditions
The vineyards are located on south and east-facing slopes, situated at altitudes ranging from 350 to 450 meters above sea level. The soil consists of loamy limestone gravel, which retains heat and is well-drained.
Winemaking
Vinification starts with the whole-cluster pressing of ripe and healthy grapes, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18 to 20 °C. The wine is then aged for 3 months on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
