Nose

On the palate, it is lively, refreshing, and fruity.
Growing Conditions
The Pinot Blanc Alto Adige DOC “la traversara” is produced exclusively at the Wieserhof farm in Foiana at 600 meters above sea level. The growing area is characterized by a cool climate with large temperature fluctuations between day and night before the grape harvest.
Winemaking
The must ferments in temperature-controlled steel tanks. The wine then matures for several months on the lees, followed by biological acid reduction.
Residual sugar: under 1 g/l
Appearance
Straw yellow color with green highlights.
