Nose

Growing Conditions
We find our smallest vineyard full of Gewürztraminer Eppan Mountain (550m above sea level).

Temperature fluctuations between day and night have a positive influence on the grapes. In addition, the limestone-gravelly loamy soils of the vineyard give the wine its uniqueness.
Winemaking
The grapes are checked particularly carefully and harvested by hand. They go through another careful check on the shaking table. After the stem structure has been removed, the berries are lightly crushed and subjected to cold maceration for 4-5 hours. This is followed by gentle pressing. The must is stored in the steel tank clarified naturally at a controlled temperature. At a If the residual sugar content is 14-15g, fermentation is interrupted by exposure to cold.
Aging
The aging takes place for 7 months in steel barrels on the fine yeast.
