Growing Conditions

Grown between 270 and 700 meters above sea level. Partly on clay-lime soil with a high amount of white do-lomite rock. Partly sparse and sandy gneiss-slate.

Harvest

Gently handpicked between August 11th and 30th, 2022.

Bottling

Bottled unfined & unfiltered in Mai 2023.

Winemaking

Destemmed with care, spontaneous alcoholic and malo-lactic fermentation initiated by vineyard-own yeast. One part fermented on the skins.

Aging

6 months maturation on the yeast in neutral oak, 2 months steel.
