Nose

Aroma of ripe fruit, orange zest and almond merge with resinous notes and the scent of cinnamon bark.

Palate

This fresh, juicy wine with a velvety tannin struc-ture remains long in the palate and its lively acidity encourages you to keep drinking.

Growing Conditions

Vines grown at 520 meters above sea level in Eppan Berg, in the mountainous region of South Tyrol, northern Italy. Loamy and calcareous soil with a high content of white Dolomite rock.

Harvest

Carefully handpicked on September 26 and October 3, 2019.

Bottling

Bottled unclarified and unfiltered in April 2022, followed by an evolution within the bottle.

Winemaking

Spontaneous fermentation and malolactic fermentation. On the skins for about three months.

Aging

31 months of ageing, half in steel, half in 500-liter and 1000-literwooden barrels.
