A brief history
A fine wine needs one thing above all others: personality. The white wines of the Taschlerhof winery have exactly this, and are distinctive for their longevity and fruity bouquet with a note of exotic fruits. Peter Wachtler, an independent winemaker from South Tyrol, uses natural growing methods, a wine-making process that has stood the test of time, and a good dose of passion and pride: all of which means elegant wines of unmistakable quality, the result of his strong personality.
