After a decade between Vienna, Seoul and the American continent, Carmen is finally back. She is our power woman for everything: winegrower, yoga teacher, organisational talend, sourdough bread baker and full of ideas.

Since 2019, Hannes has taken over from father Konrad. Hannes and his sister Carmen converted the winery to organic farming & low intervention wine production. Both siblings are of the opinion that this is the only way for a justifiable form of wine production in the future. Hannes is a peace-loving soul and fascinated by fermentation. Besides the wine fermentation, he is experimenting with kombucha, koji, and beer.
