Growing Conditions

The grapes for the Lagrein Kretzer flourish at an altitude of 260 m on deep alluvial sandy soils in the Bolzano vineyards with their south exposition

About half the harvested grapes are pressed, while the juice of the other half is left on the mash for several hours and then drawn off

Aging

That is followed by temperature- controlled fermentation in stainless steel

Our rosé pours a pale cherry color
