Nose
The nose is reminiscent of fresh hazelnuts, white peach, white flowers, quince, candied fruit, honey and brioche.
Palate
On the palate, vertical, juicy, fresh for its age with a harmonious acidity, a crisp carbonic acidity, rich in flavour, salty, long lasting with a lively finish, again reminiscent of hazelnuts.
Harvest
Produced only in outstanding years and from selected grapes of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Winemaking
After at least 8 years of storage on fine lees in the wine cellar, this sparkling wine matures into the noble Comitissa, whose name means "countess" in Old Latin.
Appearance
The Comitissa Gold Riserva captivates with its light golden yellow colour with greenish reflections, fine perlage and elegance.
