South of Bressanone. South-east and partially south-west faced vineyards at an altitude from 550 to 750 metres (1,800 to 2,460 feet)

Winemaking

Gentle pressing and processing of the grapes.
The fermentation with yeast from the year of 1895 and ageing on fine lees
take place in stainless steel tanks, large acacia wood barrels and small Pyramitt barrels in form of an egg,
no malolactic fermentation
