Stimulating mineralitc taste.

South of Bressanone. South-east and partially south-west faced vineyards on an altitude from 550 to 890 metres (1,800 to 2,900 feet)

Beginning of May 2024

Winemaking

Gentle pressing and processing of the grapes.
The fermentation with yeast from the year of 1895 and ageing on fine lees take place in stainless steel tanks, large acacia wood barrels and small Pyramitt barrels in form of an egg,,
no malolactic fermentation
