Sunny, steep slopes on clayey soils in Missiano and San Paolo
(350 m.a.s.l.).

Winemaking

Slow fermentation in open wood barrels, maturation on fine yeast in used Tonneaux's for 12-15 months.

Aging

Up to 7 years.
