Growing Conditions
Location Gfill, St. Pauls. South-eastern facing slope with deep morainic and limestone rubble and large blocks of porphyr at 420–490 meters a.s.l..
Winemaking
Short maceration in the press followed by a controlled fermentation in stainless steel. 9-months aging on fine lees.
Aging
3-10 years.

As aperitif, with poultry, tuna and white meats.
