Nose
Intense and velvety aroma of red berries, with a hint of peach and orange.
Palate
On the palate smooth, with a good structure and a round finish. Very fine and long lasting perlage.
Growing Conditions
The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grow in vineyards situated between 300 and 500 metres above sea level on the calcareous dolomite rock of the Mendel range with its sand and clay deposits. The southeast-facing location, constant downdraughts and temperature differences between day and night during create a unique microclimate
where the grapes develop an optimal acid-to-sugar ratio.
Winemaking
Hand-picked grapes. Gentle whole-cluster pressing, several months of aging of the base wine in stainless steel, traditional bottle fermentation with a minimum of 24 months of aging on the fine lees.
Appearance
Delicate Rosé colour with nuances of onion skin.

White meat, poultry and fresh vegetables.
