strawberries, fragrant violet and fine marzipan.

Palate

Graceful, floral, juicy - simply typical Alto Adige.

Growing Conditions

Vineyards on the plateau of San Paolo with warm soils dominated by
clay (450-550 m a.s.l.)

Winemaking

Slow fermentation at conrolled temperature in stainless steel tanks,
maturation on fine yeast.

Aging

Up to 3 years.

Food Pairing

With pizza, pasta and Speck as well as other South-Tyrolean dishes.
